Your role

•  Review security-focused events or alerts within the Teleperformance environment.
•  Perform real-time security incident handling (e. g., forensic collection, intrusion correlation/tracking, threat analysis, and direct system remediation) task to support Incident Response Teams.
•  Receive and analyze network alerts from various sources within the enterprise and determine possible causes of such alerts, and k and incidents from initial detection through final resolution.
•  Review all alerts enterprise-level to gain an understanding of the larger picture of the Security landscape of the enterprise.
•  Review and analyze log files from multiple sources to identify trending of possible incidents that need to be reported.
•  Identify the necessary resources that need to be engaged for any Security related event or incident.
•  Be actively engaged in keeping up to date on the current Security Threat landscape to stay up to date on new trends across the security landscape.

About you

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident response with a bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of Computer Science/Cyber Security/Computer Information or Information Systems,
• Experience with various incident response tools,
• Strong understanding of the TCP/IP Stack.
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence as well as vulnerabilities and their impact on the organization.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and their security implications such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Experience with security tools such as DLP, SIEM, and Crowd strike.
• Ability to efficiently communicate, both verbally and written, security concepts to both security and non-security focused people in English
• Ability to work on multiple incidents and projects in a quick-paced environment and communicate the status of each with multiple stakeholders.
