Your role

• Assists the Channel Manager in data gathering and coordination with various units for activities of the department such as the preparation of reports, presentation materials, etc.
• Assists in coordinating ATM / CAM / Other Channel deployments and providing status updates to the Channel Manager.
• As required, conducts ocular inspection and evaluation of ATM / CAM site under the supervision of a Channel Manager.
• Maintains and updates department files (soft and hard copies) for Offsite ATMs and project-related documentation.
• Assists Channel Managers in conducting research, preparing reports and presentation materials
• Performs basic administrative functions as may be assigned by the Channel Manager or Department Head.

About you

• The role is open for fresh graduates and career shifters
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any other related field.
• Relevant channel management experience is an advantage.
• Passionate and interested to learn about branch banking, and ATM/CAM operations in handling day-to-day Channel Management.
• Ability or interest to do UAT (User Acceptance Testing), documentation, and coordination with partner units.
• Ability or interest to do data gathering and creation of reports in coordination with various activities related to ATM site selection and assessment.
