Your role

• Responsible for managing assigned collection agencies and ensuring that flow rates, lagged and coincident delinquencies of 90-179 days past due accounts (dpd) accounts are within desired parameters, minimizing gross credit loss while maximizing recoveries from written-off accounts.
• Expand your knowledge and skills on how to effectively manage external collections agencies.
• Elevate your relationship management skills as you assist clients by providing them with the best payment options while ensuring that dues are paid.

About you

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree holder; a graduate of any business course.
• At least 1 year of collections experience from a credit card company, bank or collection agency is an advantage.
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of collection systems and policies/procedures is an advantage.
