Job Description

• Assist with scoping, creating, and implementing internal & external Market Research to help support the company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• He or She will be in charge of gathering customer insights from the target market using quantitative or qualitative research methodologies.
• In terms of understanding the market landscape, the marketing research specialist will create marketing barometers summarizing market trends, to allow the team to better understand and communicate with the customer.
• He/she is responsible for maintaining CSAT scores of internal bank events and internal group output (such as feedback from analytics output, creative output).
• Maintaining and regularly reporting these metrics will allow the members of the group's growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable on both Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Skilled in conducting effective interviews and in note-taking
• Resourceful in desktop research for market and customer insights
