Your role

• Creation/Monitoring of ITSP ticket/s to support RPA automation initiatives.
• Creation/Monitoring of eRSA ticket/s to support RPA automation initiatives.
• Creation/Monitoring of FFE and other supplies requests for both IT and Non-IT related requests.
• Initiates regular inventory of IT and Non-IT equipment
