Read moreJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles the technical and non-technical aspects of the operations of the property.
- Monitors performance of all service contractors.
- Prepares and ensures proper implementation of preventive maintenance of all major and minor equipment of the building.
- Tenant relations and coordination.
- Conducts punch listing of construction-related works prior to turn-over and acceptance.
- Generates utility consumption report for processing of billings.
- Prepares OPEX and CAPEX budget.
- Prepares status reports.
- Conducts regular safety audits.
- Ensures non-interruption of the business and the property's operating areas.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at a Bachelor's/ Degree, Post Diploma / Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Electrical Engineering
- With at least 3-5 (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With experience in Real Estate and Property Management.
- Willing to in Eton Centris in a shifting schedule
