Budget Analyst null

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review all operational and administrative budgets to actual reports on a monthly basis identifying areas of concern
• Release purchase requisition in SAP and check request verifying budget is sufficient and proper charge codes are identified
• Assist various departments with completing yearly budget requests and justifications and consolidates approved Company Financial and Operating budget.
• Work with Budget Manager to review and analyze budget performance to include a review of actual; and budgeted expenses;
• Maintains and controls the budget in the Project system module for all the projects.
• Develop Profit and Loss Segmental Reports for Management.
• Monitors budget versus actual figures and works with department heads to development of strategies to maximize budget efficiencies.
• Extracts and analyses data in the SAP system.
• Other tasks as designated by the Budget Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
• At least one year of experience preferably in the Real Estate Company
• With working knowledge on using computerized Accounting System preferably SAP
• Highly analytical and keen on details
• Can work under pressure
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS applications ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
