TASKS:
Network Troubleshooting
- Identify, diagnose, and solve customer-reported issues
- Attend on Level 1 issues and provide support to field engineers on the circuit status verification post-restoration
- Proactive Monitoring
Customer Support
- Improve people handling/engagement skills and develop effective professional communication skills
- Assist in customer callouts for pending tickets
