Service Operations Internship/OJT (Service Delivery) null

At the end of the internship program, the students are expected to:

• Use the knowledge, skills, and abilities gained from their core and major courses in a work setting;
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders;
• Reflect on their career and self-development goals

TASKS:

Network Asset Management

• To demonstrate knowledge and organization skills
  • Clean, migrate/create, and improve an active database.

Network Operations Administrative work

• To conduct acceptable work practices as defined by the policies of the department within the host Company
  • Create and manage checklist completion.

Internal Project

• To create a course-related project
  • Create and provide/improve a system or technology that will be helpful/beneficial to the BAU/Team. (i.e. Network Web tool and Network provisioning dashboard.

Network Infrastructure

• To learn the functions of the network equipment, software applications, and network services.
  • Observe and assist with applicable network tasks. (i.e. Circuit provisioning and LCP App Testing)
