Course requirement: Fine Arts Major in visual communication or information design, Development Communication/Mass Communication/Communication Arts/Advertising/Multimedia Arts, or any related education

Technical Knowledge:

1. Video Editing
2. Graphic Design

Behavioral Skills:

1. Communication: Good communication skills, both in English and in Tagalog, in both written and verbal expressions;
2. Organizational skills: Stays focused on different tasks, and uses time, energy, strength, mental capacity, and physical space effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired outcome

Scope of Tasks:

1. Creating multimedia content: Create multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and interactive presentations that can be used for adoption and change management purposes.
2. Designing learning materials: Design learning materials such as handouts, presentations, and other visual aids that can help make adoption and learning more engaging and effective.
3. Collaborating with project members: Collaborate with project owners, core project team, external stakeholders, etc. to create and deliver traditional and digital publication materials.
4. Editing and post-production: Editing and post-production of multimedia content created by the team. This can include tasks such as video editing, audio editing, and graphic design.
5. Research and development: Research new and innovative multimedia technologies and techniques that can be incorporated into the department's adoption and change management programs.
