Your Role

  • Responsible for assisting the Department Head in ensuring internal controls in HRG is designed accordingly, implemented properly, and working as intended.
  • Design, implementation, and improvement of key pre-hire processes, including Quality assurance and training programs.
  • Stakeholder management, working with a range of teams including internal customers, vendors, compliance teams, and talent acquisition teams.
  • Design and delivery of training and coaching to improve process knowledge.

Training and Development

China bank is committed to helping our people reach their full potential. In place are various training and development programs to drive their employees’ professional and personal growth and to help maximize individual and organizational capabilities.

In 2021, they recorded a total of 180,270 training hours, which translates to 18.45 training hours per employee. More female employees are attending China Bank’s training programs with 71% training hours compared to 29% for male employees.

The total amount invested in talent development was PhP 13.4 million, or PhP 1,374 per employee. All training was conducted virtually.
