Your role

  • Probe process improvement.
  • Probe lots disposition.
  • Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on engineering issues such as low yield, maverick lots (Visual and mechanical defects), and prober-related problems.
  • Provides engineering support to AML and Sub con requirements for probe yield report analysis (mechanical)
  • Interacts with another department concerning Probes and Product related issues.
  • Provides technical support to MPE and DPE in probe line.
  • Initiates improvement project
  • Submits weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Writes test and probe process specifications in accordance with company documentation policies.
  • Maintains and generates probe documentation.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate or next immediate supervisor.
  • Machine qualification and RTP.
