Your role

• Develops a technical understanding of the platforms that will be supported.
• Depending on the requirements of each platform, manages user provisioning, de-provisioning and role assignments.
• Creates or manages groups, projects, sites, categories, or other platform-specific organizational structures as required.
• Manages and monitors platform backup and maintenance processes.
• Creates, maintains, monitors, and reports on task/job schedules and event logs.
• Monitors system performance metrics and makes recommendations for improvement.
• Clones Production instances to Dev, Test, and QA instances.
• Manages license assignments and monitors for compliance and growth.

About you

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related courses.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to easily relate with people at various levels of the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Jira Service Desk Ticketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office products, Windows Servers, Outlook, remote control tools, VPN, and Networking.
