About you

  • Open to graduates of any course
  • Preferably with at least 6 months relevant work experience (contact center and/or technical experience) OR Non-Bachelor/Non-graduates with at least 3 years of college education plus 1 year of work experience 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge and skills in IT
  • Interest in providing technical support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat and e-mail
  • Very good verbal and written English language skills
